UK's May to seek Brexit backstop 'freedom clause'

UK Prime Minister Theresa May will seek legally binding changes to the Irish backstop from the European Union in an attempt to break the deadlock over Brexit, according to pro-Brexit lawmaker Boris Johnson. But the EU says there will be no renegotiation. Gracie Jerome reports.
