Accused Hacienda care-worker appears in court

36-year-old Nathan Sutherland appeared in a Phoenix courtroom Wednesday, charged with raping a severely intellectually disabled woman in his care who gave birth in December. The woman has been institutionalized for more than 25 years. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
