Japan emperor set to visit final war memorial

Japan's Akihito will take part in an annual memorial ceremony honoring war dead on Wednesday, for the last time as reigning emperor. When he abdicates next year, he will leave behind a legacy as an emperor who pushed imperial boundaries to reach out to Asia.
