Putin waters down unpopular pension plans
Russia's President Vladimir Putin saw his approval ratings tank to four-year lows over plans to raise the retirement age, forcing him to soften the proposals. But he warns it may make a huge dent in Russia's budget within years. Andrey Ostroukh and David Doyle report.
