Trump blames China for stalled North Korea talks
U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday extended an olive branch to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, blaming China for recent stumbles in nuclear talks and saying he saw no reason to resume joint military drills with Seoul. Zachary Goelman reports.
