'Citizen register' may leave Indians stateless

More than 4 million people excluded from a draft list of citizens released in July, for India's northeastern border state of Assam, may have been left off because of errors in spelling their names. It's sparked uncertainty about their future as Reuters Zeba Siddiqui reports.
