14-year-old running to be Vermont governor

14-year-old Ethan Sonneborn is one of four Democrats vying to be the gubernatorial nominee in the Vermont race on Tuesday. He is able to run because the state has no minimum age requirement, although ironically, he won't be able to vote. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
