Applause for Ardern speech after NZ gun law vote

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern spoke to the House of Representatives on Wednesday and said she "could not fathom how weapons that could cause such destruction and large-scale death could have been obtained legally" in New Zealand after the country's parliament voted to change gun laws, less than a month after deadly shooting attacks on two mosques in Christchurch.
