On CBS "Face the Nation", U.S. Democratic Representative Adam Schiff said the Trump administration's maximum pressure campaign against Iran has 'maximally failed' and has 'heightened' the risk of conflict after Tehran was blamed for carrying out attacks last Thursday on two oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman, a vital oil shipping route.
