Navy plebes take on greased monument

Freshmen at the U.S. Naval Academy on Monday followed decades-long tradition and battled their way up the greased Herndon Monument to replace a Dixie cup at the top with the midshipman cap. Legend has it that the person who does it will be the first in their class to make admiral. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
