Philadelphia's largest cocaine bust in 21 years

Joseph Martella with Customs and Border Protection said on Thursday that federal agents seized 1,185 pounds of cocaine from a shipping container at the Port of Philadelphia on Tuesday, which is the largest cocaine seizure in the city in 21 years. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
