No charges in Taser death of Chinedu Okobi
San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe on Friday said his office would not seek charges against four officers involved in the death of Chinedu Okobi, who was unarmed when he was stunned by a Taser and died on Oct. 3, 2018. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
