Islamic State threat persists, says fmr U.S. general

U.S.-backed forces proclaimed the capture of Islamic State's last territory in Syria over the weekend, eliminating its rule over a self-proclaimed "caliphate," but former U.S. General John Allen in a CBS interview aired Sunday warned "there's plenty of fighting still to go on" and cautioned against declaring victory.
