Trump doesn't want to "clamp down 100%" on Iran oil

Despite re-imposing sanctions on Iran, President Trump said on Monday he doesn't want to "clamp down 100%" on oil for now. He says to do so would risk a spike in oil prices which rose on news of the sanctions. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
