Hundreds trek down after Lombok volcano ordeal

Hundreds of trekkers have headed down from Indonesia's Mount Rinjani after a night trapped on the slopes by an earthquake. But many more still haven't made it down after the trails were damaged and more landslides were feared. Sixteen people have been killed.
