Oxfam's solution to hand hygiene in refugee camps

Global aid agency Oxfam has completed field trials in Nduta refugee camp in Tanzania of an innovative hand washing stand that is cheap to produce and has the capacity to cut the risk of disease. Matthew Stock reports.
