China's heartland 'sacrifice' for the war on pollution

The squeeze is on in China's industrial heartland as Beijing cracks down on polluting industries. Reuters' David Stanway visited the steel town of Anyang in Henan province to see how the war on pollution, together with an economic slowdown and grinding trade war with the U.S., is affecting factories and lives in one of China's most populous regions.
