Macron lays out plan for new EU 'renaissance'

French President Emmanuel Macron has published newspaper columns in every single member state of the European Union, ahead of EU parliamentary elections in May. The articles lay out his vision of a reformed and more unified bloc, but also one that's more assertive against pressures from the United States, China, and Russia.
